Hi, I need help because the calibration is not working with my bio well. Who should I contact? It's urgent.

If you need any technical support first of all you need to contact your local distributor or the one closest to you.
Bio-Well Headquarters are unable to provide techsupport to all clients in all languages worldwide 24/7.
We have our representatives almost in all timezones.
There are about 1000 Bio-Well users worldwide.

Only in the case if the Distributor is unable to help you - he/she should forward your case to us.

Hi there ! i had the same issue.
The answer that my reseller given to me was to lightly take off the foam that stick on the walls of the calibration tip to let the Titane tube move freely.

Now calibration work perfectly for me.
